Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) can benefit EVERYONE! Fascia is a network of layered connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, nerves, bones, organs and joints - without fascia your body would literally fall apart. Over time, factors such as improper posture, lack of exercise or improper exercise, stress, injury, or trauma causes the fascia to thicken and shorten. This makes us more prone to pain and injury, decreases mobility and range of motion, and hinders our recovery. 


Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free, unique table-based assisted stretching method that focuses on the body’s fascia and joint capsules. Fascia is a key element in achieving optimal mobility, performance, and recovery, but is often missed in normal muscle stretching and other recovery methods. 

What does FST look like with Andrew?


Andrew uses energy work in his FST sessions - providing extra value and results for clients. Using Energy Medicine modalities throughout the FST sessions helps to further release the fascia, allow the joints and fascia to move freely, reduce pain and inflammation within the body, helps the client to relax deeper within the session, and helps to further release any energy blockages at the same time to help the individual come into complete alignment with one’s self post session. When we have injury, pain, inflammation, or stuck trauma in the physical body - it impinges the flow of energy or chi through the fascia, creating further blockages within the Emotional, Mental, Spiritual and Physical body. Incorporating Energy Medicine into each FST session helps to create further, more dynamic long lasting results throughout all of the bodies; which accelerates healing and recovery throughout the body. 

Andrew has been seeing clients weekly to work through numerous blockages as well as trauma to the body with his sessions and the results have been nothing short of astounding in the short time they have spent together.

Andrew has also used energy work in his personal FST sessions being done on him and has experienced the alignment and feelings of release first hand!
