Everything is Energy. Matter is only formed due to the rate that particles are vibrating together. This is not "new" knowledge. This is an ancient understanding that all Energy Medicine Practitioners and Shamans understood. They just didn't have the scientific words or backing to describe it or explain the phenomenon that was occuring when they shifted their vibration or perception and created a new environment or a different outcome. Nonetheless, the field of Quantum Physics research is proving the relationship between energy and matter, and just how much energy, our thoughts, emotions and beliefs affect our bodies, relationships, careers, finances, and the physical form.
Disease (dis-ease) is a very physical manifestation of dense energy within the body. As Albert Einstein, Joe Dispenza, Alberto Villoldo, Greg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton and Louise Hay would tell you - when you change, shift or heal your mind, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, traumas. You quite literally change your environment. When you heal at the level of the emotions, mind and soul - you not only heal your physical body, but you transform your life, your relationships, your home, your career and your finances. And it can be no other way.

Back to Your Roots Wellness Centre was founded in 2017 by Homeopath, Energy Medicine Practitioner and a leader in her field Rebecca Chandler. Rebecca understood that our health and wellbeing is this complex tapestry that embodies our physical health (disease, disorder, symptoms, physical fitness), emotional health, mental health (thoughts, beliefs, fears), spiritual health, ancestral and family health, past lives, and our unresolved traumas. But here is the thing, this technicolour tapestry doesn't just affect our health, it affects our entire life. It affects our performance, our focus, our concentration, our relationships (both romantic or non), our careers, our finances, our homes, our goals, dreams and aspirations in life. And in order to create healing and transformation, we need to 1. understand health, the body and our circumstances in an integrative approach, 2. actually heal them, and 3. shift our energy and vibration to our desired outcome.
Back to Your Roots is the future of medicine! We offer an unique integrated holistic approach to health, wellness and your lifestyle! Our practices are based on the ancient energy medicine principles and teachings of Energy Medicine Practitioners and the way of the Shaman. Our practices are also based on the scientific understanding of Quantum Physics, health, healing, disease, nutrition, environmental health and physical fitness. We are a collective of health care practitioners that are passionate about helping individuals transform their bodies, minds, health, relationships, finances and career through healing, educating and empowering them.

Before being introduced to Back to your Roots this would be my answer. I was unable to provide no more or no less. "I turned to alternative medicine when nothing else would work. I was experiencing migraines 3-4 times a week and having to take prescription medication for them. I saw Rebecca when she was in school for Homeopathy. She took my case and put me on a couple remedies. We found a remedy that helped and worked on some of the root causes. I can now say that I have not had to take that prescription medication for over 2 years and I get them once or twice a month. They are much more tolerable as well.
