Rebecca Chandler is the founder of Back to Your Roots — a living temple space devoted to an integrative healing approach rooted in embodiment, nervous system intelligence, soul remembrance, and a deep reverence for the intelligence of the human system. Her work is a living bridge between the science of the body and the soul’s deeper architecture.

Her work weaves energy medicine, homeopathy, holistic health, and body-based modalities with lived experience and deep field attunement. Rebecca helps people return to the truth of who they are — not by fixing or forcing, but by listening to the body’s intelligence and from there creating the conditions where healing, clarity, and transformation unfold organically.

Her presence is often described as deeply grounded, gently powerful, and innately attuned to the field. She works relationally, weaving the threads of nervous system regulation, ancestral healing, multidimensional soul work, and crystalline flame frequencies — supporting those who are navigating transitions, awakenings, and identity dissolutions with grace.

Rebecca’s clients include sensitives, healers, leaders, visionaries, parents, children, and souls in seasons of deep reorientation,
spiritual initiation, or inner returning. Her sessions are co-created transmissions — a dialogue between body, soul, and Source — woven in real time. Reconnecting the client back to their Self, their power, their Soul’s wisdom – by attuning to what is most alive in the moment. Rather than applying rigid methods, she listens deeply to the body, the field, and the unseen layers beneath words — allowing each session to become a living weave between nervous system, soul, and Source. Her Path into this work

Rebecca’s healing journey began in her teens, as her family turned to alternative medicine during her grandfather’s illness. What began as quiet exposure became a deep initiatory unfolding that would lead to a life of sacred service.
In her own body, she navigated body image struggles, hormonal imbalances, headaches, digestive issues, and a chronic sense of disconnection. She didn’t yet have the words — but she was already being called to remember.

Through homeopathy and energy medicine, she began to hear the body differently. What she once saw as dysfunction became sacred communication. Her symptoms were not obstacles — they were oracles. This shift — from control to communion — became the foundation of her work.
She stopped fighting her body.
She began listening.
And the body — her first temple — responded.
What she discovered was more than symptom relief. It was a remembrance. A reconnection to her sensitivity as a gift, her body as a communicator, and her soul as an anchor. This shift became the foundation of the work she now offers to others.

She went on to study integrative healing formally and now offers her work from a place of embodiment — not as a healer with answers, but as a guide who walks with others as they remember their own.
How She Works
Rebecca’s approach is both clinical and intuitive, sacred and system-informed. It is a living field of transformation shaped by the body’s innate wisdom and the soul’s timing.
She braids together nervous system support, energy medicine, trauma-informed care, inner child exploration, ancestral and past life dimensional work, homeopathy, crystalline and plasma Source frequencies and flame-led multidimensional protocols. Each session is unique, emerging from what is most alive — not scripted, but revealed.
She works relationally — not with protocols, but with presence — attuning to what is most alive in the moment, listening to the body. Whether working with children or adults, her sessions are shaped by the conversation between body, field, and soul. While deeply supporting integration on all levels – emotional, physical, energetic, ancestral and cosmic.
Her work gently weaves nervous system awareness, inner child healing, ancestral healing, multidimensional energetics, and soul architecture. Sessions unfold as a co-creation — not an intervention — where lasting transformation arises not from force, but from resonance. The focus is on sustainable, embodied shifts that ripple out into all layers of life.

Rebecca holds a BA in Community Health from Brock University and graduated top of her class from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, completing over 780+ hours of supervised clinical training. She has studied internationally at the Other Song Academy in India.
