Rebecca is the Founder of Back to Your Roots Wellness Centre. She is a Homeopath, Energy Medicine Practitioner and a leader in her field. She radiates the powerful and vibrant energy of the sun, along with the soft, loving, divine feminine energy of the moon. When she is not busy seeing clients, you can find her among plants, books, crystals, and getting caught up in the symbolism and wonder of the world. Forever expanding her knowledge on her medicines. Connecting with nature. Going on road trips. Busting a move. And co-creating new and exciting ways to teach and connect with individuals around the world. Rebecca founded Back to Your Roots in 2017 to help individuals understand their health holistically by
highlighting the importance of the Mind-Body-Soul connection. Most people are walking around feeling lost and powerless over their health or other avenues of their life and her passion and purpose is to help them connect with themselves: to understand themselves on a deeper level, to regain their power, and to help them get elevated to the next level of their lives. Rebecca applies her teachings to her own everyday life. She is constantly learning and expanding her understanding through continuing education courses, reading, researching, and through time with her clients.
Rebecca’s dream for Back to Your Roots is to create a sustainable holistic integrative Retreat centre. With the goal of conducting retreats around the world, these centres will heal, educate and empower individuals to take back their power and transform their lives through connecting with their Self and the elements of nature.

Rebecca teaches Energy Medicine training courses and Mentorship Programs for Healers. She is also busy working on online transformational programs to give individuals the tools to transform their own lives. Rebecca has also created a product line to give her clients the tools to use in their day to day lives.

In her practice, she primarily works with adults and children. Other Healers, Coaches, Personal Trainers, World Leaders, and Empaths. She takes a lot of pride in helping individuals navigate their health, career, relationships, and to get more in touch with themselves.

Her Story
​
Rebecca was first exposed to alternative medicine when she was younger and her grandfather was ill. Her family sought alternative medicines to aid in the healing process without being too invasive. It was then that Rebecca underwent her own transformational experience: healing her body dysmorphia issues, regaining self-confidence, healing her headaches, understanding her digestive problems, regulating her menstruation cycle, and reducing a lot of the painful symptoms that were associated with it, and so much more.

She is an empath, clairaudient, clairvoyant, clairsentient, and claircognizant.
Rebecca received her Master’s in Reiki from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She attended the University of Brock where she got a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health. Following Brock University, she attended the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine where she graduated top of her class.
At the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine (OCHM), she received a well-rounded education on the various approaches and remedies used in homeopathy. She has completed 782 hours in her clinic placement while treating patients with migraines, eczema, autism, digestive orders, and varying stages of depression and other mental health disorders, to name a few. During her final year at OCHM, she travelled abroad to the Other Song Academy in India to learn from some of the top world-renowned Homeopaths.
Rebecca is currently pursuing Ayurvedic Practitioner Training, Astro-Herbology Program, and advancing her understanding in Huna and Energy Medicine Techniques.
