Prerequisites

To participate, one of the following is required:

• Reiki Level 2 or

• A minimum of one year of experience with another energy healing modality

Training Preparation & Attire

 

To support coherence and attunement within the group field, participants are asked to prepare the following:

• No alcohol, plant medicines or recreational drugs 48hours prior to training

• Wear all white on the day of training

• Bring 4–6 Lemurian quartz crystals, which will be attuned alongside you and may be used in future sessions

• Create a white altar on the ground (or floor) for the training space - if you are taking the training virtually
